Convert Almost Any Document to PDF with FreePDF Creator

PDF is the de-facto standard for documents and the undisputed king of document formats. In fact, such is its dominance that Google has now started bundling a PDF reader plug-in with Chrome for Windows and Mac.

Although there are plenty of excellent free PDF viewers/readers, most of them don’t allow you to create PDF documents for free. FreePDFCreator is a free utility, which can convert pretty much any file into PDF.

It works by installing a virtual printer driver, which captures the document you wish to convert and generates the PDF file. As a result, FreePDFCreator works with any document. The only pre-requisite is that the document’s viewer must support printing.

This is pretty awesome Pallab, I’ve used some free pdf creators in the past and they’ve never been perfect at the conversion, and never fully free, so definitely gonna give this a full shot :D

    Till then,
