The second edition of Mashable Open Web Awards is officially over and all the winners have been announced. There were two categories – one set of winners were picked by the official blog partners and the other set was picked by the public. The Public’s Choice winners list is the more interesting one, since it threw up quite a few surprises. The Blogger’s Choice winners list is more in line with my expectations (probably because I myself am a blogger and one of the judges). All the winners are listed below.
